Youth
Adolescence is a time of growth, change, and sometimes struggle. I offer a safe, supportive virtual space for youth to explore who they are and what they’re going through. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-harm, or low self-esteem. With a trauma-informed, relationship-centered approach, I meet each young person where they’re at. Through talk therapy, reflection, practical tools, and mindfulness, I help build connection, resilience, and confidence in navigating life’s ups and downs.
Adults
Adulthood comes with its own challenges: life transitions, identity exploration, grief, anxiety, or depression. I offer a calm, supportive space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most. With a relational, nonjudgmental approach tailored to you, we’ll deepen self-understanding, draw on your strengths, and move toward greater clarity, healing, and ease.
Parents & Caregivers
Parenting a child or teen through tough times can feel overwhelming and isolating. I support parents and caregivers in understanding what their young person may be going through, whether it's anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-harm, low self-esteem, or big emotional shifts. In a compassionate, judgment-free space, we can explore your concerns and hopes, and work toward stronger connection, communication, and confidence. You don’t have to navigate this alone—I’m here with empathy, insight, and practical support.

Complimentary 15-Minute Phone Consultation: An opportunity to discuss your needs and determine if we're a good fit.
Session Fees

Individual Therapy Session (60 minutes): $120 per session.

Payment is due at the time of booking.
Insurance & Reimbursement

I do not offer direct billing, but you can submit your receipt to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Many extended health plans cover sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), but coverage varies, so it's best to check with your provider.
Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be subject to the full session fee
