Mary Mackenzie RCC

You don’t have to be in crisis to need support.

But perhaps things have been feeling harder lately.

Maybe your teen is shutting down or emotions are escalating quickly at home. You might be feeling stuck in the same patterns, not knowing how to shift them. Or you’re holding a lot on your own and it’s starting to feel heavy.

Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I offer a warm, grounded space where young people and adults can slow things down, make sense of what’s going on and feel genuinely heard.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in good standing with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (#20908). My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, relational approach that prioritizes safety, connection and collaboration. I support individuals in understanding what’s underneath the surface and responding in ways that strengthen relationships and support emotional wellbeing.

Therapy isn’t about fixing you.

It’s about creating space to feel, reflect and move forward in a way that feels more steady and aligned.

I am grateful to live, work, and play on the traditional and unceded territories of the lək̓ʷəŋən-speaking peoples, now known as the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations, as well as the W̱SÁNEĆ peoples, which include the Tsartlip, Tseycum, Tsawout, Pauquachin and Malahat Nations.

I acknowledge the enduring relationship these Nations have with the land, waters and skies of this region. I carry a responsibility to engage in ongoing learning, reflection and action in support of truth, reconciliation and decolonization.
