Pricing

Consultation: Complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your needs and determine if we are a good fit.

Session Fees: Individual therapy session, 60 minutes, $140 per session.

Payment Information: Payment is due at the time of booking by credit card.

Insurance & Reimbursement: I do not offer direct billing, but you can submit your receipt to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Many extended health plans cover sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor, though coverage varies, so it is best to check with your provider.

Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments are subject to the full session fee.
